Great retelling/paraphrase of the scriptures!
I love the goal of developing a way of reading the Bible for children that bridges “Bible story books” and the Bible itself. My grandkids love chapter books and your books present the Bible by book in an accurate but child-friendly way.
Our kids love this one in particular.

As a homeschool mom, I love being able to teach God’s word to my two sons. Having a resource such as this (and especially the corresponding journal!) as part of our homeschool curriculum to help my children understand God’s message in the stage of life they are in. I have shared this book and company with the other homeschool families I know to pass along the blessing it’s been for us.
We have enjoyed family devotionals and Bible time for years. When our 9 year old daughter expressed a desire to begin daily Bible reading independently she wanted to have some kind of journal with questions about what she was reading to write in. This seemed like a great fit! She’s really excited and we ordered one for her 11 year old friend too.
This is exactly what we have been looking for!! I have kids ages 3 (almost 4), 6 and 8. Finding something that holds their attention has been a challenge. I love that they can color while following along with the story. The questions are great discussion questions. It’s the perfect length. I love everything about it!! We started with Acts and will continue going, Genesis is next for us.
I'm so excited for the partnership of Yoto with Kaleidoscope! We bought the living water (John) and good news (Acts) yoto cards and they are great! Excellently read, the narrators voice is wonderful, and my son has the journal for both that we're going to use for homeschooling bible this fall... They break down into 22 and 25 chapters. So perfect for a fall and spring semester! I'm so excited for engaging biblical content for my kids that is safe and wholesome! Thank you for creating these!
