Part way through with kids aged 13,10,7. Captivating to each. Makes the gospel of Jesus come alive for all of us.
We read through the Bible with our kiddos and I have found the Kaleidoscope books to be a wonderful supplementary to our Bible study. The illustrations are phenomenal, the text is easy to understand. The thing we appreciate the most is that the books cover, not just the more well-known accounts found in many children's Bibles, but the lesser known information and accounts not typically found in resources for children.
I can’t wait to use this with my girls along with the Yoto card so they can listen along!
These are so accessible for kids! A great option between a storybook Bible and a real Bible.
Great for a family devotional, solid theology- there was one part that I remember having to edit a bit for my 6 year old, but otherwise it has been working well! I do with they had gone into a bit more detail for the Christmas chapters, but maybe a spin off book is in the future!
